This volunteer application packet contains the following: NBTT Volunteer Application NBTT Child Protection Policy (keep for reference) Child Protection Policy Acknowledgement Form Please complete the following in order to meet the criteria to serve as a volunteer with NOTHING but the TRUTH : Complete the Volunteer Application form. Provide a copy of a Criminal Background Check processed in the last 12 months for anyone 18 years old and older. (You may request a copy if one is on file with your church. You may also apply at your local police department.)
