The Factory Guide is intended to enable agents, manufacturers, and factories to effectively incorporate Nordstrom Partnership Guidelines into daily operations. The 2017 Factory Guide has been adjusted slightly in formatting to better align with the format of our Corrective Action Plan and remediation documents.
