Nucleotides are phosphoric acid esters of nucleosides. Nucleotides contain nitrogenous bases, sugars and phosphoric acids in ester linkage. The nitrogenous base, presentin nucleotides are purines: Adenine and Guanine; pyrimidines: Cytosine,Thymine and Uracil. The uracil can only be found in ribonucleotides
