We discuss the Challenges associated with two of these competencies and develop comprehensive plans for responding to these Challenges . In relation to the competency of Facilitating Learning, we explore the Challenges of developing diverse teaching strategies and measurable student outcomes. We then consider the Challenges associated with the competency of Curriculum Design and Program Evaluation: content saturation, technology in education, and curriculum evaluation.
