Discuss licensure and certification. List and describe 3 types of peer review. Describe 9 legal issues that apply to nurses. Discuss 5 issues associating with Nursing boundaries. Discuss the main provisions of HIPAA, EMGALA, OSHA, PDSA, VPA and Good Samaritan laws and their impact on Nursing .
