The Government of India vi de Department of Public Enterprise s OFFICE MEMORANDUM Number 6/22/93-GL-15-DPE(SC/ST) dated 01 Feb 1994 as amended from time to time has inst ruct ed all Central Government Public Sector Undertakings/ Enterprises (CPSU/CPSEs ) to take se curity cover from Security Agencies sponsored by Direct orate General Resettlement (DGR) (An Attached OFFICE of The Ex- service men Welfare Department, Min of Defence). 2. In order that lar ger number of individual ESMs can ava il sponso rsh ips from DGR and also ensure reaso nable income to the ESMs , provi si ons are made to make the process of sp onsorsh ips for se curity agenci es more transparent through online regist ration, data updation by the DGR and putting up the list of ESMs registered/empanelled and sp onso red on the website.
