1 Operational Policy Manual 19 April 2022 2 Note to External Readers This Operational Policy Manual is a compilation of Global Fund Operational policies and procedures relating to grant life cycle processes. The Operational Policy Notes (OPNs) and Operational procedures contained in the Manual are based on policies approved by the Global Fund Board and grant life cycle management approaches developed by the Global Fund Secretariat. The OPNs and procedures are updated, as necessary, to reflect changes in grant life cycle management policies and approaches.
