1 Data on time from ingestion to death are available for 138 DWDA deaths (56%) during 2020.2 Among those patients, time from ingestion until death ranged from six minutes to eight hours, with a median time of 50 minutes (Table 1). Table 4 shows the duration from ingestion to death by medication prescribed for all known cases.
