Overview of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Care Clinical Guidelines: A Resource for States Developing SUD Delivery System Reforms April 2017 For the past two years, the Medicaid Innovation Accelerator Program (IAP) has been providing a broad group of state Medicaid and behavioral health agencies with a variety of technical support resources to support the development of robust approaches for addressing Substance use disorders (SUD).
