Care Services Efficiency Delivery Demand Forecasting and Planning PANSI user Guide PANSI stands for Projecting Adult Needs and Service Information. It gives easy access to projections of the numbers, characteristics and care needs of people aged 18-64 in England at national, regional and council level.
