Deon, Sr. Chairman Southeastern Pennsylvania transportation authority 1234 Market Street Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107 Dear Mr. Deon: Enclosed is our Performance audit of the Southeastern Pennsylvania transportation authority (SEPTA) for the period from July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2009, with updated information through August 3, 2012, as noted in the report. We conducted the audit in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards as issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. Our report presents six findings and seven recommendations.
