Person-Centered Planning also developed out of Carl Rogers’ Person-Centered Therapy. According to Rogers, an atmosphere of genuine caring must accompany the therapy session. Further, Rogers believed that the person in therapy should guide the therapy process by determining the goals of the therapy.
