It forms the structure for the Individual, Group and Advanced Integrative Psychotherapy trainings which I originated. It has also been used explicitly or implicitly in many other contexts for the training and supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists. This framework provides an integrative principle which focuses on similarities and differences between different approaches to psychotherapy and differentiates which relationships each approach tends to favour.
