Program of General Caregiver Support Services Fact Sheet June 2020 The Caregiver Support Program (CSP) empowers caregivers with a wide range of resources through the Program of General Caregiver Support Services ( PGCSS ). All caregivers who provide personal care services to Veterans enrolled in Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare have access to PGCSS . Program features Caregivers who enroll in PGCSS have access to education and training, including courses at local VA medical centers (VAMCs).
