We link petroleum producers with refiners and other customers via pipeline, truck and rail transportation. PMC also operates strategically located facilities for crude oil and NGL storage, the separation of NGL from natural gas as well as the fractionation of NGL into specification products.
OUR BEGINNINGS Plains Midstream Canada ULC (PMC) began operations in 2001 when Plains All American (PAA) saw an opportunity to enter the Canadian market.
