Art. 2 - The Ministerial Order, 27 April 1982, and Article 2 of the aforementioned Ministerial Order, 9 December 1986, are repealed. Art. 3 - The present Ministerial Order, as well as the appended Regulation, are to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
