His more than 25 years of Planning experience includes six years as the Planning Director and Zoning Administrator for the City of Kentwood and extensive experience in a variety of communities as a consulting planner. Steve has authored numerous master plans, zoning ordinances and special studies for communities of all sizes and levels of government. Steve has extensive experience as a lecturer. He has conducted hundreds of zoning seminars and training programs for local government clients, the Michigan Municipal League, the Michigan Townships Association, and the Michigan Society of Planning Officials.
