Report of the Working Group On logistics . Government of India planning Commission Transport Division New Delhi Report of the Working Group on logistics Preface The planning Commission constituted a Working Group to consider the issues relating to logistics . The composition and Terms of Reference of the Working Group are given as Appendix A'. For assisting in the work of the Working Group, four sub-groups were set up to examine issues related to (i) capacity; (ii) industry structure; (iii) procedural, process, regulatory, tax;. and (iv) technology, Information Technology (IT), and manpower skills. The composition of these sub-groups is given as Appendix B'.
