Before that you have to go back a dozen years since the institu-tion had one. Henry Lucas (Education) and George Norton (Curator) have been here running programs, giving tours and maintaining our STAMPS and POSTAL HISTORY . Each week George conducts our evaluation service and Henry is visiting a school or conducting a Boy Scout merit badge program. We are also excited to welcome Lelia Elliston as our Director of Development. And then there are the dedicated volunteers that are here several days a have been thinking a good deal lately about what a stamp museum in the 21st century should look like.
