POVERTY PROFILE: SPECIAL EDITION
In two of Canada s largest cities, more than half of all persons living in POVERTY were from racialized groups: 58% in Vancouver; and 62% in do we mean by the term racialized persons?We use this term to mean persons, other than Aboriginal peoples, who are non-Caucasian in race or non-white in colour.
