PRE-STARTUP REVIEW - Petsec
PRE-STARTUP REVIEW Purpose This element identifies Petsec PRE-STARTUP REVIEW process as required by its Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) Program; it applies to all Petsec operations. Petsec has established and implemented this PRE-STARTUP REVIEW as part of its commissioning procedure when installing new facilities or making significant renovations to existing facilities. Process This element addresses procedures and processes for all of the elements in its SEMS Program. An example of the Petsec PRE-STARTUP procedure is attached; refer to Attachment A: Safety, Pre-Commissioning and startup Plan (example).
