ServiceClass Shares may only be purchased through authorized financial professionals and have service and distribution expenses not applicableto Investor Class Shares. There is a separate New Account Form for each class of shares available. Please ensure you have the correct NewAccount Form before completing may purchaseshares using any ofthe followingmethods.
