The reasons for these results often include one or more of the following: A. many learners taking their first online course lack sufficient computer skills; B. many learners are relative newcomers to the Internet; C.
Evaluation Design The following Evaluation Purpose Statement describes the focus and anticipated outcomes of the evaluation: The purpose of this evaluation is to demonstrate the effectiveness of this online course in preparing adult learners for success in the 21st Century online classroom.
