Successful organisations receiving infrastructure funding enter into a Grant Deed with the Department of Housing and Public Works, Sport and Recreation Services that outlines the terms and conditions of the funding contribution. Grant Deeds will specify cases where the department has determined that projects MUST appoint a suitably qualified and licensed Project Manager to manage the delivery of the approved Project .
