Division II SCOPE AND ADMINISTRATION See Chapter 1A for the Administration provisions of the San FRANCISCO BUILDING code . Chapter 1A SAN FRANCISCO ADMINISTRATION The City and County of San FRANCISCO adopts the following Chapter 1A for the purpose of administration of the 2013 2016 San FRANCISCO BUILDING code . Certain specific administrative and general code provisions as adopted by various state agencies may be found in Chapter 1, Divisions I and II of this code . SECTION 101A TITLE, SCOPE AND GENERAL Title. These regulations shall be known as the 2013 2016 San FRANCISCO BUILDING code , may be cited as such and will be referred to herein as this code .
