Since then, some policy and procedural changes have taken place in respect of privileges, immunities and facilities extended to Diplomatic Missions/Consular Posts and UN/Other International Organizations [ foreign Representations (FRs)] in India. PROTOCOL Division has also taken several steps to simplify and streamline procedures for interaction between FRs and Ministry of External Affairs.
