Introduction As one of today's most extensively employed analytical tools, Content Analysis has been used fruitfully in a wide variety of research applications in information and library science (ILS) (Allen & Reser, 1990). Similar to other fields, Content Analysis has been primarily used in ILS as a quantitative research method until recent decades. Many current studies use Qualitative Content Analysis , which addresses some of the weaknesses of the quantitative approach.
