Conversations, notes, e-mails, voice mails,interviews, and focus groups all have potential to become Qualitative data. PARresearch holds itself to the standard of being responsive to the community inwhich the researchers are based. Therefore, Qualitative data Collection will besome part, most often the greatest component, of the data on which a PAR teamdraw their experience the same set of circumstances differently.

In 12th-century Japan, a samurai and his wife are attacked by the notorious ban-dit Tajomaru, and the samurai ends up dead.
