In August 2015, ARC adopted a new MPO planningboundary which encompasses all of 13 countiesand parts of seven other counties, as shown on the map to the Atlanta Region s Plan RTPis the long-range transportation plan for the 20-county MPO area. The plan is financially constrained, meaning project costs and revenue streams are balanced.
