Please note: the replacement of doxorubicin with etoposide in this patient group is established local practice in the absence of a definitive reference. Eligibility Inclusion criteria Patients with significant cardiac dysfunction baseline ejection fraction <50%. Patients with borderline cardiac function in the presence of other co-morbidities which may deem them unfit for anthracycline based regimens.
