AYUNTAMIENTO CONSTITUCIONAL DEL MUNICIPIO DEL CENTRO EN EL EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIEREN LOS ART CULOS 115 FRACCI N V DE LA CONSTITUCI N POL TICA DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS; 65, FRACCI N I DE LA PARTICULAR DEL ESTADO DE TABASCO; 9 DE LA LEY GENERAL DE ASENTAMIENTOS HUMANOS; 12 FRACCIONES I, X, XIV, XV Y XXII, DE LA LEY DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL DEL ESTADO Y 50, FRACCI N XXI Y 94 DE LA LEY ORG NICA DE LOS MUNICIPIOS DEL ESTADO DE TABASCO, Y CONSIDERANDO Que con la fecha 1 de agosto de 1984 se public en el Peri dico Oficial del Estado la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial del Estado de Tabasco, la cual establece en su Articulo Transitorio Cuatro que el REGLAMENTO de CONSTRUCCIONES del Estado de Tabasco emiti el 17 de septiembre de 1975, continuar vigente en tanto los Ayuntamientos no expidan sus propios Reglamentos.
