Releasing Information There are 3 kinds of release situations now: our original release of Information and it's uses under Colorado Law and Professional Ethical Standards; HPAA's Consent to release Information for treatment, payment, and operations purposes; and, HIPAA's Authorization to release of psychotherapy Notes and for non-treatment, non-payment, and non-operations activities.
