REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS . #2011-01. Fiscal Monitoring Services California Broadband Cooperative, Inc. is soliciting PROPOSALS to provide Fiscal and performance monitoring of all vendors and subrecipients that use federal and state grant funds, including American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds.
