The City of crescent City ( City ) is requesting PROPOSALS that will lead to the selection of a qualified firm to provide full service operations, maintenance, and management services for the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). For purposes of this RFP, firm includes legal entities of all types that are engaged in providing the type of services requested herein. PROPOSALS may, but are not required to, include full service operations, maintenance, and management services for the City's Water Quality Laboratory.
