Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly REQUEST you to submit your QUOTATION for Vehicle Hiring Service, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. 6 Annex 1 Terms of Reference Background: The UNDP Country Office would like to avail vehicle hire service with one or more business firm for a duration of one year which is renewable based on satisfactory performance.
