They outline the organisation s commitment to maintaining a safe, ethical, inclusive and productive Workplace in compliance with its obligations under the Work, Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW), Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) and the Government Sector Employment Act 2014 (NSW). Essential Summary These Guidelines : Apply to all sworn and unsworn NSWPF employees, contractors, students and volunteers.
