Introduction We require all suppliers to comply with our Responsible Sourcing code of Conduct ( code of Conduct ). There are five pillars within the code of Conduct , each with a set of principles and practices that must be met: a) Responsible Sourcing and sustainability initiatives; b) Human rights, labour and modern slavery; c) Health and safety; d) Environment; and e) Animal welfare. 2.
