ROCKY view COUNTY | 2011 2012 | LAND USE BYLAW C-4841-97| 2. ROCKY view COUNTY . LAND USE BYLAW. OFFICE CONSOLIDATION. C-4841-97. NOTE: Land Use Bylaw No. C-4841-97 was adopted by the COUNTY Council on September 29th, 1998 and became effective on that date. It replaced Land Use Bylaw C-1725-84 which was simultaneously rescinded on that date. This Bylaw is subject to change (amendment) by Council. A current listing of any and all amendments can be obtained from the COUNTY office. This document has been consolidated for convenience only. The Official Bylaw and amendments thereto, available from the Office of the Municipal Secretary, should be consulted for all purposes of interpretation and application. Questions concerning the interpretation and application of this Bylaw should be directed to the Planning and Community Services Department of the COUNTY . (UPDATED February 26, 2019).
