PURPOSE OF POST: This is a crucial role in leading the team in first class service delivery within The Long Term Support Team securing consistently positive outcomes for Looked After children , Young People and Care Leavers within Monmouthshire. As our lead for Looked After children and Care Leavers you will champion innovative and creative methods of working. Together with key partners you will play a crucial role in the service improvement agenda that is underway in Monmouthshire.
