RULE 100 MARGIN REQUIREMENTS
rule 100 MARGIN REQUIREMENTS In this rule 100 and, unless the contrary is specified, in each Rule, Ruling or Form of the Corporation, each term used which is not defined herein or therein, but is defined or used in Form 1 shall have the meaning as defined or used in Form 1. For the purpose of Rule and this rule 100 the following MARGIN REQUIREMENTS are hereby prescribed: (a) Bonds, Debentures, Treasury Bills and Notes (i) Bonds, debentures, treasury bills and other securities of or guaranteed by the Government of Canada, of the United Kingdom, of the United States of America and of any other national foreign government (provided such foreign government securities are currently rated Aaa or AAA by Moody's Investors Service, Inc.)
