( Grabber ) is a distributor of various fasteners, including, but not limited to, screws, nails, and staples. Fastener products are deemed Articles and are exempt from Material SAFETY data SHEET (MSDS) requirements under the Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR (b)(6)(v) - see below). Accordingly, Grabber Construction Products will not have MSDS or SDS sheets available for its fastener products. ARTICLE: For the purpose of hazard communication, fastener products are Articles as defined in 29 CFR (c): Article means a manufactured item other than a fluid or particle: (i) which is formed to a specific shape or design during manufacture; (ii) which has end use function(s) dependent in whole or in part upon its shape or design during end use; and (iii) whic
