APPLICATION deadline (postmark/timestamp by): March 15, 2018 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Eligibility : All pharmacy students who are NCPA student members ( ) are eligible to apply for one of the NCPA Foundation Scholarships per academic year. The student must be enrolled in an accredited school or college of pharmacy on a full-time basis during the term that the SCHOLARSHIP is awarded. Note: Students may apply for multiple scholarships but will not be awarded more than one SCHOLARSHIP in 2018 and will not be awarded a particular SCHOLARSHIP more than once. Children of NCPA Foundation Trustees, NCPA Officers, or NCPA Directors are not eligible to participate in the program. Award Criteria: Please visit to review the SCHOLARSHIP award criteria for the SCHOLARSHIP for which you are applying. You should address the criteria in your letter to the SCHOLARSHIP Committee.
