These holdthe cheek pads to the helmetsouter the screws undone,gently separate the cheekpad away from the outershell, but do not remove fromthe helmet the cheek pad slightlyseparated away from theshell, you can now peel thetop of the lining away fromthe polystyrene to expose themoulded circular hole in a strip of loop velcroover the hole.
