My main focus this term has been the Strategic Envisioning for St Andrew s with the theme of exploring future possibilities in times of complexity and you for the comprehensive parent and old girl survey. Our school was gratified by the time and input given by these very important staff and the senior girls also worked hard to glean valuable input before the 2 day workshop. The idea behind the strategic envisioning was to be as inclusive as possible and to hear the voice of all our workshop, facilitated by Dr Rama Naidu, was conducted very well. The venue at the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre was relevant and apt.
