(c) When a Funding Schedule expires, then, subject to clause 2.1(d), the Funding Schedule will automatically be severed from the Service Agreement. (d) The expiry or termination of a Funding Schedule or the Service Agreement will not affect any right of action or remedy that has accrued as at the date of expiry or termination.
