Start the vehicle and verify that the Shift to Park message is NOT displayed: • If the Shift to Park message IS STILL displayed, and/or the technician finds DTC B000A set, replace the shift control assembly AND proceed on to step #5. Refer to the appropriate Transmission Control Replacement in SI.
