By sustainability we are referring to an organisation s environmental, but also financial, people and societal contribution over time. Shaping the Future is the CIPD s three-year action research and engagement programme examining what drives sustainable organisation performance . The research is being conducted with six case study organisations that are implementing specific change programmes to drive long-term performance .
