ADOS-2 Scoring and Classification The algorithm process in Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 leads to an ADOS-2 classification of autism, autism spectrum or non-spectrum. The process also generates a comparison score indicating one of four levels of autism spectrum-related symptoms: high, moderate, low, minimal-to-no-evidence.
