Construction consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances and materials for performing all operations necessary for the construction and installation of WATER MAINS and service lines, including all piping, valves, valve boxes, fire hydrants, casings, service lines, APPURTENANCES , complete and ready for operation, as indicated on the construction drawings and described herein. The Developer/Contractor must furnish to the County a two-year warranty on the materials, fabrication, and workmanship of any and all installed pipe and fittings furnished and installed.
