V. Framing, Roofing, Siding and Millwork: A. Framing 1. All framing lumber shall be hem/doug fir specie, as per plan. 2. Exterior sheathing shall be 4’x8’x½” CDX plywood, fir specie. 3. Roof sheathing shall be 4x8’x½” CDX plywood, fir specie. 4. Interior sub-flooring shall be 4’x8’x3/4” tongue and groove plywood, fir specie.
